PROGRAM
As a Professional Experience company our focus is simple.
Build each artists' resume and career through experience in a professional environment.
We have designed our program for artist's ages 14-20 with two major ideals in mind, experience and flexibility. All of our artists are currently pursuing careers in the dance industry and our goal is to give experience while also supporting their journey. Our program is for all of our artists to feel booked and ready.
Due to these two ideals, our schedule gives flexibility to our artists who are booked in other events and performances. EIDC only schedules rehearsals for upcoming events as we do not meet every single week. This gives our artists the opportunity to continuously train and perform in other avenues.
Collaboration is key and we want our artists to have the opportunity to be in as many programs as possible.

OVERVIEW
Maximum of 15 Participants Per Season
6 Month Contract Season
(Jan-Jun) | (July-Dec)
- 2-3 Full Projects Per Contract (Required by each company artist)
- 4-5 Partial Projects Per Contract (Selected based on artists' availability. Example - 5 artists for one project, 2 artists for one project. Each artist is required to participate in at least 3 out of the 4-5 partial projects)
- Project Based Rehearsals (All rehearsals are scheduled around each project. EIDC only rehearses for the upcoming event. Amount of rehearsals are created based on the creative needs of each project. Example - Project/Performance on Saturday; Rehearsal only on the Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday the week of the Project/Performance)
- Masterclasses - During each contract season, there will be masterclasses offered for our artists to take from professional choreographers/dancers currently in the dance industry. These masterclasses are included in the company fees.
PRICING
6 Month Contract Season
(Jan-Jun) | (Jul-Dec)
- $325 Company fee (One-Time Payment due at the beginning of each contract (January 15th/July 15th)
- Gear & Costume (Gear partially paid by each artists' company fee and calculated at a high discounted price divided amongst each artist. Unless matching costumes are required, all costumes are approved to be personally purchased. Example - Neon costume. Each artist can bring whatever they have or need to buy as options for the required look)
